Winter Workout Begins Monday, 12/5 at the Turf!!!

3:45-4:45pm Mon, Wed, and Fridays – Lincoln turf – led by varsity captains

Bring: warm layers, runners, lax stick, mouth guard, goggles

Yes it’s cold!! But bundle up and get down to the field for a quick and fun workout!!

Challenge yourself to complete this routine from now until practice starts in February. Won’t it feel great to sprint down the field with ease!! If you cannot attend a session please follow the link to the workout.
